• Lee County - September 17 & October 15
• City of Sanford - September 18
• Town of Broadway - September 24

Below is an outline of the general project schedule:

• Project Initiation - April 2016
• Community Assessment & Outreach - April - October 2016
• Prepare Draft Plan - November 2016 - May 2018
• Prepare Final Plan - June 2018 - August 2018
• Adoption - September - November 2018
